Abstract
⺠Caffeic acid is one of the most abundant phenolic acid content of most fruit. ⺠Caffeic acid inhibits TPA induced oxidative stress, inflammatory responses, TNF-α release in mouse skin. ⺠Caffeic acid reverses cutaneous histopathological changes. ⺠Caffeic acid attenuates TPA induced expression of NF-κB and COX-2 expression. ⺠Use of caffeic acid may be one of the important therapeutic approaches for cancer prevention.
