Abstract
⺠The radio-protective activity of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides (GLP) from sporoderm-broken spore powder was firstly studied. ⺠GLP show protective effects on DNA damage and micronuclei induction in mice induced by gamma-irradiation. ⺠GLP enable to increase antioxidant activities, decrease lipid peroxidation product in mice induced by gamma-irradiation.
