Abstract
⺠A cellular impedance biosensor was developed for profiling the cytotoxicity of cigarette smoke. ⺠This biosensor could non-invasively quantify cellular status in real-time. ⺠Real-time monitoring offered valid evidences for optimization of experimental condition. ⺠Label-free and real-time monitoring improved the reproducibility and accuracy. ⺠The reversibility of the toxic effects could be monitored by dynamic IC50 value.
