Abstract
												⺠Baemuchae showed dose-dependent radical scavenging activity. ⺠Baemuchae significantly increased LLC-PK1 cell viability in a dose-dependent manner. ⺠The content of ferulic acid was higher in the shoot of baemuchae than in the root.
