Abstract
⺠Re-assessment of coumarin toxicity and established a new TDI of 0.07 mg/kg. ⺠Survey on coumarin concentrations in Norwegian foods and conduction of intake calculations for children and adults. ⺠Risk assessment of coumarin in the Norwegian population. ⺠Children eating oatmeal porridge with cinnamon may exceed the TDI with several folds.
