Abstract
⺠Long-term exposure to NaF induces morphological changes in the liver. ⺠Studies demonstrated that fluoride influenced the activity of assayed enzymes. ⺠Vitamin E and methionine positively influenced the morphology of the liver. ⺠Antioxidants may be effective in reversing the toxic changes resulting from the exposure to NaF. ⺠The antioxidants normalized the activity of enzymes to the level close to the control group.
