Abstract
⺠This study includes simple validated GC-MS method for determination of DON and its metabolites in human urine. ⺠DON and its metabolites can be extracted by SPE C18 from human urine. ⺠Analytical features: high recovery, good detection limit and broad-range linearity. ⺠DON and DOM-1 were successfully determined in human urine.
