Abstract
⺠Aurentiacin, a naturally occurring chalcone, has a potent anti-inflammatory effect in vitro and in vivo. ⺠Aurentiacin reduces the level of pro-inflammatory mediators and cytokines. ⺠Aurentiacin inhibits NF-κB activation through blocking nuclear translocation of p65. ⺠Aurentiacin also controls MAPK and HAT, that is concerned with NF-κB signaling.
