Abstract

âº We cultured primary cortical astrocytes from neonatal rats. âº We examined the mechanisms of [6]-shogaol on the anti-neuroinflammation. âº [6]-shogaol showed HDAC inhibition and HSP induction effects. âº Anti-inflammatory effects of [6]-shogaol is very similar with common HDAC inhibitors.
