Abstract
⺠We cultured primary cortical astrocytes from neonatal rats. ⺠We examined the mechanisms of [6]-shogaol on the anti-neuroinflammation. ⺠[6]-shogaol showed HDAC inhibition and HSP induction effects. ⺠Anti-inflammatory effects of [6]-shogaol is very similar with common HDAC inhibitors.
