Abstract
⺠This study investigated the long-term (12 months) oral toxicity of D-004 in rats. ⺠The histological lesions found in treated animals are commonly present in this specie. ⺠No evidences of D-004-related toxicity were detected. ⺠The highest dose tested was a no-observed adverse effect level in this study.
