Abstract
⺠Antigenotoxicity of grapefruit juice (GJ) was studied in an unreported model. ⺠In human lymphocytes GJ protected against the damage induced by hydrogen peroxide. ⺠Prevention of DNA damage and oxidized DNA was determined. ⺠Induction of DNA repair and modulation of necrosis/apoptosis was also observed. ⺠The study suggest that GJ act though various mechanism of action.
