Abstract
⺠Shade-drying is traditionally used to process Genisteae shrubs flowers. ⺠Shade-drying decreased the antioxidant activity of the studied samples. ⺠Shade-drying decreased hydrophilic and lipophilic antioxidant contents. ⺠Freeze-drying proved to be more efficient in the maintenance of antioxidant potential. ⺠Pterospartum tridentatum was the most promising species.
