Abstract
⺠Phosphatidylarsenocholine was synthesized by the transphosphatidylation reaction with phospholipase D. ⺠Following oral administration of phosphatidylarsenocholine to mice, arsenic was mainly excreted in urine. ⺠The major urinary metabolite was arsenobetaine.
