Abstract
⺠Glycidol (G) has been reported to form hemoglobin (Hb) adducts. ⺠G fatty acid esters (GEs) were found in diacylglycerol (DAG) oil. ⺠Possible exposure of G from GEs in DAG oil was concerned. ⺠G-hemoglobin adduct levels in DAG oil user was measured. ⺠No increase of G-Hb adducts was confirmed in DAG oil user compared to non-user.
