Abstract
⺠Anti-inflammatory effect of (â)-α-bisabolol in RAW264.7 cells. ⺠(â)-α-Bisabolol inhibits LPS-induced expression of iNOS and COX-2 genes. ⺠(â)-α-Bisabolol reduces LPS-induced phosphorylation of IκBα. ⺠LPS-induced phosphorylation of ERK and p38 is attenuated by (â)-α-bisabolol. ⺠(â)-α-Bisabolol inhibits NF-κB and AP-1 (ERK and p38) signaling.
