Abstract
⺠Grape seed extract effects against HAV, FCV-F9, and MNV-1 on produce were studied. ⺠FCV-F9 and HAV reduction was obtained on lettuce and pepper after 1 min with GSE. ⺠Negligible reduction of low titer MNV-1 was obtained. ⺠No differences between treatments were obtained by instrumental color analysis.
