Abstract
► Grape seed extract effects against HAV, FCV-F9, and MNV-1 on produce were studied. ► FCV-F9 and HAV reduction was obtained on lettuce and pepper after 1 min with GSE. ► Negligible reduction of low titer MNV-1 was obtained. ► No differences between treatments were obtained by instrumental color analysis.
