Abstract
⺠Biofilm matrices are formed largely of extracellular polysaccharides. ⺠Biofilm formation and EPS productin of Cronobacter sakazakii were investigated. ⺠C. sakazakii produce large amount of EPS when 3% sucrose was supplemented. ⺠EPS production by C. sakazakii was different depending on nutrients provided.
