Abstract
⺠Vibrio parahaemolyticus was subjected to various sublethal stresses. ⺠Sublethal stress enhanced the resistance of V. parahaemolyticus to disinfectants. ⺠Susceptibility of test organisms to disinfectant varied with sublethal stresses. ⺠V. parahaemolyticus was more susceptible to disinfectant at 40 °C than at 25 °C.
