Abstract
⺠We test two pair of primers for the C. jejuni quantification by qPCR. ⺠We study the amount of C. jejuni in poultry meat and environmental samples. ⺠Portioning step is the most contaminated step in the poultry processing plant. ⺠qPCR is more sensitive than conventional methods.
