Abstract
⺠Three enrichment media were evaluated; Bolton broth, Preston broth and CampyFood broth. ⺠Three selective agars were compared; mCCDA, CampyFood agar (CFA) and Brilliance CampyCount (BCC). ⺠Campylobacter colonies of on CFA and BCC were easier to record and count than those on mCCDA. âºÂ Enrichment in Bolton (48 h) and subsequent plating on CFA recovered more Campylobacter.
