Abstract
► PCR ITS-RFLP method as a fast technique for identifying filamentous fungi on grape. ► 96.3% strains tested could be differentiated to the species level with four enzymes. ► Penicillium was the genus the most frequently isolated (58.5%). ► F. oxysporum, P. paneum, T. cucumeris, T. koningiopsis described for the first time on grapes. ► The first exhaustive study of fungal diversity at species level in vineyard.
