Abstract
⺠PCR ITS-RFLP method as a fast technique for identifying filamentous fungi on grape. ⺠96.3% strains tested could be differentiated to the species level with four enzymes. ⺠Penicillium was the genus the most frequently isolated (58.5%). ⺠F. oxysporum, P. paneum, T. cucumeris, T. koningiopsis described for the first time on grapes. ⺠The first exhaustive study of fungal diversity at species level in vineyard.
