Abstract
âºPressures of â¥Â 400 MPa efficiently reduce the titer of infectious HAdV-2. âºReductions of genome counts do not coincide with reductions of virus infectivity. âºComposition of the matrix affect HAdV-2 inactivation with HHP. âºHigher reduction of HAdV-2 is provided when virus treated in bottled mineral water.
