Abstract
⺠Allyl isothiocyanate (AIT) showed high antimicrobial effect against E. coli O157:H7. ⺠Lactic acid (LA) enhanced the antimicrobial effect of AIT against E. coli O157:H7. ⺠H2O2 washing followed by aerosolized AIT + LA is an effective decontamination method.
