Abstract
⺠Evaluate aerosolized sanitizers as a biofilm control method in the food industry. ⺠Significant reduction occurred in count of biofilm cells of foodborne pathogens. ⺠Peracetic acid was more effective than sodium hypochlorite. ⺠Effects increased with increasing treatment time and concentration of sanitizer.
