Abstract
⺠TTD data from the growth of multiple initial inocula give accurate growth rates. ⺠The Baranyi model or the classical logistic model can model the TTD data. ⺠The Baranyi model can reproduce the optical density incubation time curves. ⺠The modified Gompertz and modified logistic models cannot reproduce observed TTD data.
