Abstract
⺠Approximately 76% of the flocks were positive for C. jejuni or C. coli. ⺠No association was found between hygiene and biosecurity measures with campylobacter infection. ⺠However, odds of infection was five times higher when age at slaughter was >= 45 days compared with < 45 days. ⺠Also, the odds of infection with campylobacter decreased when level of farmer's education increased. ⺠Qualitative studies for exploration of behavioral aspects of the management policy may be subjects for future researches.
