Abstract
												âºClary sage, juniper, lemon and marjoram essential oils inhibit spoilage yeasts. âºCombination of juniper and clary sage resulted in additive effect. âºCombination of α-pinene with linalool resulted in additive effect. âºCombination of α-pinene and limonene led to synergism. âºAdding lemon essential oil to clear apple juice a new, harmonic taste was achieved.
