Abstract
âºFood might be a source for community-acquired Clostridium difficile infections. âºClostridium difficile was isolated from 8 (1.6%) of 500 samples of meat. âºClostridium difficile was isolated from lamb and chicken meat. âºClostridium difficile strains from meat differed from those of patients with CDI.
