Abstract
⺠The number of mycotoxin-positive samples was higher in organic farming in comparison to conventional. ⺠Concentration of mycotoxins was slightly higher in samples from conventional farming. ⺠Most correlations within mycotoxin content occurred in oat kernel samples from organic farms rather than conventional.
