Abstract
⺠An efficient method was developed to detect the authenticity of edible oils. ⺠The stability and efficiency of detecting oils were dramatically increased. ⺠DNA extraction was optimized in organic reagent, extraction buffers and DNA carriers. ⺠New nano real-time PCR was applied to amplify the DNA in edible oils firstly.
