Abstract
⺠Effect of mobile phase composition on quantification of Ochratoxin A (OTA) was studied. ⺠Effect of pH, acid type, molarity of salt used in the mobile phase and respective excitation wavelength was investigated. ⺠5 mM NaAc/ACN/MeOH(40:30:30) (pH 3) provided highest quantification value for OTA. ⺠OTA showed two different excitation maxima depending on mobile phase composition. ⺠Recovery and LOD were 95.4% and 0.02 ng/g, respectively.
