Abstract
⺠We evaluate the PAT occurrence and levels in some apple-based-products. ⺠Apple products were analyzed by HPLC-UV. ⺠35% of the 85 apple products contained PAT. ⺠The contamination average of the positive samples is 24 μg/kg ⺠The situation of apple-based-products contamination by PAT in Tunisia was provided.
