Abstract
► We evaluate the PAT occurrence and levels in some apple-based-products. ► Apple products were analyzed by HPLC-UV. ► 35% of the 85 apple products contained PAT. ► The contamination average of the positive samples is 24 μg/kg ► The situation of apple-based-products contamination by PAT in Tunisia was provided.
