Abstract
⺠Patulin is analyzed in apple juice by micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC). ⺠Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) is used for sample treatment. ⺠The method is free from matrix effects, so external standard calibration is used. ⺠DLLME with MEKC is an environmentally friendly alternative. ⺠LOD is low enough for detection of patulin below the maximum EU allowance.
