Abstract
⺠Multiplex PCR method for identifying six GM soybean events. ⺠Intra-lab validation confirmed the specificity and LOD of this multiplex PCR method. ⺠Results revealed 3 varieties of GM soybean in 19 of the 30 food samples tested. ⺠An efficient and cost-effective approach for event-specific analysis of GM soybean.
