Abstract
⺠UHPLC-MS/MS was used for determination of AFs and OTA in crude extracts of spices. ⺠Extracts were also screened by high-resolution MS system with Orbitrap technology. ⺠For red pepper validation data were in compliance with the EU Regulation. ⺠AFs and OTA were not detected in any of the samples. ⺠All the samples complied with current European/Serbian legislation.
