Abstract
► UHPLC-MS/MS was used for determination of AFs and OTA in crude extracts of spices. ► Extracts were also screened by high-resolution MS system with Orbitrap technology. ► For red pepper validation data were in compliance with the EU Regulation. ► AFs and OTA were not detected in any of the samples. ► All the samples complied with current European/Serbian legislation.
