Abstract
⺠The microbicidal effectiveness of gaseous hydrogen peroxide was investigated. ⺠Contact time and H2O2 concentration have a strong influence on the microbicidal effectiveness. ⺠A calorimetric gas sensor was characterised in gaseous H2O2 at elevated gas temperatures. ⺠A correlation model between sensor signal and microbial inactivation kinetics was established.
