Abstract
⺠gyrB/pntA-based mPCR detected 1.5 Ã 103 CFU/ml Vibrio parahaemolyticus in spiked seafood. ⺠V. parahaemolyticus harbouring tdh and/or trh genes discriminated by REP-PCR. ⺠A high genetic diversity among the V. parahaemolyticus isolates.
