Abstract
⺠Haptens of pyraclostrobin with alternative linker positions have been evaluated. ⺠A set of high-affinity monoclonal antibodies to this fungicide has been generated. ⺠Two competitive immunoassays have been optimized in different formats. ⺠A QuEChERS-based method has been applied for fruit marmalade extraction. ⺠Quantitative results have been obtained covering the European maximum residue limits.
