Abstract
► We produced a sensitive and specific mouse anti-SEA polyclonal antibodies. ► We optimized a very sensitive (32 pg/ml) and specific DAS-ELISA to quantify SEA. ► In cheese, concentration time of SEA has been reduced with ultrafiltration method. ► In foods, SEA quantification was more sensitive than official method. ► Piezoelectric immunosensor allowed to quantify SEA to ng range within 10 min.
