Abstract
⺠The effect of burdock leaf components on biofilm formation hasn't been studied. ⺠Chromatography separation significantly improved activity of burdock leaf fractions. ⺠4 ethanol elution fractions significantly inhibited biofilm formation with low IC50. ⺠SEM observation conformed the inhibition effect of fractions on biofilm formation. ⺠The obtained fractions provide new alternatives for control of biofilms.
