Abstract
⺠Integrative mathematical modelling for MAP design of fresh-produce (Pack-in-MAP®). ⺠MAP design for whole strawberries using Pack-in-MAP® software was validated. ⺠Optimum equilibrium atmosphere using NVS package (2 perforations, 0.25 mm Φ). ⺠Better strawberries quality using NVS designed package than conventional package.
