Abstract
⺠A peach freshness predicting method based on E-nose is investigated. ⺠E-nose discriminates peaches successfully. ⺠Microorganism, firmness, TSS and GC-MS are conducted to determine peach freshness. ⺠Peach freshness predicting model has been developed based on Max-SNR values regression. ⺠The predicting accuracy of this model is 85%.
