Abstract
► A peach freshness predicting method based on E-nose is investigated. ► E-nose discriminates peaches successfully. ► Microorganism, firmness, TSS and GC-MS are conducted to determine peach freshness. ► Peach freshness predicting model has been developed based on Max-SNR values regression. ► The predicting accuracy of this model is 85%.
