Abstract
⺠We evaluate the CIT occurrence and levels in the wheat samples. ⺠Wheat samples were analyzed by HPLC-FLD. ⺠49% of the 205 wheat samples contained CIT. ⺠The contamination average of the positive samples is 28 μg/kg ⺠The situation of wheat-contamination by CIT in Tunisia was provided.
