Abstract
⺠We used UPLC-ESI-MS/MS to determine difenoconazole residue. ⺠Systematic study was made on changes of difenoconazole during tomato processing. ⺠Peeling remove most of difenoconazole residue, with the PF of tomato skin at > 5.
