Abstract
⺠Different regions at COI gene of sea cucumbers were employed for primers design. ⺠The multiplex-PCR was performed with four sets of species-specific primer. ⺠Amplicons with different length were obtained to each species individuals. ⺠They could be obviously differentiated from each other on DNA electrophoresis. ⺠This methodology can be very useful for traceability of the sea cucumber species.
