Abstract
⺠Food safety system applications of Turkish dairy businesses has been assessed. ⺠Findings were obtained with respect to milk collection capacity. ⺠Managers in all capacities of plants have inadequate food safety knowledge. ⺠Larger dairy plants had better compliance with current Turkish food safety codes. ⺠Governmental programming that trains management in food safety is needed.
