Abstract
► Agricultural commodities contaminated by aflatoxins had gained global significance. ► In sorghum grains aflatoxins may occur either at kharif season or during storage. ► Inhibition of aflatoxin B1 by an antifungal component, eugenol was studied. ► The samples were analyzed for aflatoxin B1 by Indirect ELISA.
