Abstract
⺠Regioisomeric haptens were used to generate novel monoclonal antibodies to picoxystrobin. ⺠Direct and indirect competitive immunoassays using homologous and heterologous antigens were optimized. ⺠Both assays were specific and showed a limit of detection around 0.1 μg/L. ⺠The new ELISAs were successfully applied to the determination of picoxystrobin in cereal flours. ⺠The described immunoreagents are promising tools for different immunoanalytical platforms.
