Abstract
⺠Enzymatic MaxSignal has fewer steps than Veratox ELISA. ⺠Enzymatic MaxSignal correlated with Veratox ELISA. ⺠Apparent inhibitors of enzyme used in MaxSignal require longer reaction time. ⺠Enzymatic MaxSignal has linear response to histamine in contrast to ELISA tests. ⺠Reveal, MaxSignal are promising rapid tests and compare well with Veratox.
