Abstract
⺠Ochratoxin A in Spanish exportation wine market. ⺠Wines from Australia, France, Italy and Spain were analyzed. ⺠OTA mean concentration was 0.077 μg/l. ⺠Highest OTA presence and concentration in southern European regions was observed.
